Who we are

GRAI Supply is part of GRAI Labs, run by Patrick Neicu. For anything about privacy, write to patrick@grailabs.ai.

What this website collects

• No analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. This is a static website.
• Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request data such as your IP address and browser type to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
• Fonts and icons are served from this website. Your browser does not contact Google to load them.
• If you book a call, scheduling runs on Cal.com under its own privacy terms. We receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address and notes.
• If you email us, we keep the conversation for as long as it is relevant.

The product, for customers

When a company uses GRAI agents to take orders, that company is the controller of its customers' data and GRAI processes it on its behalf under a data processing agreement. Call recordings, transcripts, messages and orders are used to run the service for that company. They are stored on servers in the EU, never sold, and never used to train public AI models. Callers are told that they are speaking with an AI. Deletion requests are honoured.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, and complain to your data protection authority. Email patrick@grailabs.ai and we will reply promptly.
